In February 2023, the quarterly foremen meetings were transitioned to be held at our new facility, CBR, in person. Approximately 85 Bayview foremen in the Environmental, Demolition, and Industrial divisions gathered. Lunch was provided, jackets were given as incentives to all foremen, as well as Foreman Safety, Performance, and Leadership Awards. This meeting highlighted important topics such as Employee Safety and Company Regulations, which are our top priorities.
