Tell us a little about you: I enjoy family time and getting a healthy workout in my spare time. I’m also a proud owner of two (2) Shih Tzu dogs and their names are Miley & Fudge. On weekends I usually dedicate my time to yard work.
Tell us about your Bayview experience: I’ve been in the construction industry for 28 years and of all the companies I’ve worked for Bayview Services is the best company to work for. When you work for Bayview, you feel valued and respected, which to me is satisfying and provides a sense of security.
Why are you excited to join an ESOP?: Throughout my career I’ve always been a union member which made it difficult to get out of but when Bayview introduced their ESOP retirement plan I showed interest. This is the first company to offer an ESOP to me so it’s a good feeling knowing my work will ultimately benefit me through Bayview’s ESOP plan.
