Every quarter at the conclusion of the ESOP meeting, which is presented by the ESOP committee members, Bayview celebrates its employees by treating them all to a catered lunch which never disappoints. The time after the meeting serves the employees well because they get to deviate from the day-to-day task to conversate with fellow associates from other departments. Furthermore, the time serves well for anyone to ask questions pertaining to the ESOP or any of the topics discussed during the meeting. We conclude the event by raffling prizes like TVs, electronics, gift cards and much more.
This past quarter at our Northern California location, we were served BBQ which was organized by Ruben and Alice. In addition, Ruben reached out to our vendors who then donated TVs, gaming console, tablets, and headphones. The winners are seen in the picture above along with their prizes. From left to right: Josue, Jesus, Vivienne, Alex, and Erika. We thank everyone that contributed to make the event happen.
At our Southern California location, we conducted a raffle with the prizes donated by our vendors right after the meeting. There were only a few winners, but the entire SoCal team enjoyed the pizza lunch set up by Kyle afterward. Overall, it was a great meeting, and the team is looking forward to next quarter’s meeting.
