Project Summary

This project involved the renovation of the International Arrivals Terminal Building located at the Oakland Airport in Oakland, California. Two walls of the building were completely removed, and the building was expanded out to increase the overall size of the structure. In addition, the entire building was renovated, including electrical and structural upgrades. Interior finishes were completely removed and upgraded. Restrooms were completely removed and upgraded, and all of the luggage carousels were removed and upgraded. All of this work was performed with the building remaining occupied and fully functional, and since this was the International Terminal the building was under high security, which required special access badges.
