Project Summary
The project was jointly performed by Bayview Environmental and Demo Masters (now Bayview Demolition). The project included soft demolition that was comprised of the removal of all interior non-structural elements from the buildings, and certain demolition of structural bracing and concrete cutting and boring in areas of the building. The work also included the abatement and remediation of building components that were deemed contaminated with hazardous materials. In addition, the project required the salvage and recycling of components in order to meet the LEED specifications.
