Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

The project was performed by Demo Masters (now Bayview Demolition) and included the removal of the top exterior mechanical equipment and platform on a high-rise skyscraper in downtown San Francisco. The other work involved sawing of steel beams, cutting of concrete slabs, and chipping for new concrete openings. There was also demolition of interior fan units, louvers, and ductwork to support the addition of two new floors added to the building. The project also required the salvage and recycling of components in order to meet the project’s LEED requirements.
