Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

The project at 4000 N. First Street in San Jose was an industrial research and development office spanning six buildings on 27 acres, with our team working on four buildings, or an area of about 318,000 square feet. This was a large project that required attention to detail, safety, and demolition expertise. The majority of labor involved interior and exterior demolition, including demolition of exterior buttresses, saw-cutting concrete walls and floors, and removal of roofing tiles/structures.
