Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

The project was performed primarily by Bayview Demolition and assisted by Bayview Environmental. The project included interior soft demolition, interior slab demolition, demolition of certain existing stairs and elevators, and the cutting of new slab and floor openings. In addition, the project required the removal of exterior windows, storefronts, facades, and roof-top equipment demolition. There were areas of the project that were abated of certain hazardous materials to support the demolition scope. The project also required the salvage and recycling of components in order to meet the project’s LEED requirements.
