The format of the Quarterly is designed to inform its readers about various subjects regarding the company, employees, and upcoming events.

Our company started its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) in 2007. Since that time, Bayview has promoted the value and benefits of Employee Ownership to its employees. The third Quarterly of the year centers around the recent addition of a new Board member, our transition to the Azure Cloud, and some of the exciting projects currently underway. We discuss the adaptations the company has made while we continue to operate as an essential business, and review the digital resource portal for employees.
