Remote working for Bayview Employees has become essential to the seamless transition of our business during the Covid-19 pandemic. From the start we were able to adapt and accomplish our responsibilities in modified ways. Our transition to the completely cloud based Azure system will solidify and simplify our ability to work from anywhere, at any time. Many of our ESOP members have assisted with the testing of the cloud-based platform, and we are very close to migrating each department there permanently. The Azure system will also end our reliance on the server bank and internet connection from the central office locations and allow Los Angeles to seamlessly operate as we do in Oakland.
