I hope you all are in good health, staying strong trough this pandemic. It’s been a challenge for everyone this year staying safe and understanding new protocols. Thanks to our safety and operations management guidelines, SoCal has been keeping our work environment safe. Workers have been cooperating by staying focused inside and outside of work and hitting home runs like true Dodgers.
We have expanded in such a short time, employing more than 100 laborers by the end of August and will continue to add laborers as work keeps growing in the city of San Diego and locally in Los Angeles. We currently have workers from Local 300, local 89, and local 1309. We sponsored Steven Camberos through the apprenticeship program and is now our permanent apprentice for all certified demolition work or private clean demo.
Due to the amount of work in SoCal new machinery had to be purchased. We currently brought in a new walk behind concrete saw cutter, hydraulic concrete trailer, and a new stake bed truck. We are also conducting our own payroll for all laborers and much more due the volume of work underway. Thanks for all your assistance in the Northern division.
