Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

The Boykin Hall Project, located on the Santa Clara Community College campus, was a good project for Bayview’s demolition team. The project consisted of selective demolition located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level classrooms as well as the roof.  The demolition scope included the removal of existing casework, doors and frames, exterior wall tile, floor finishes, tubes and ballasts, ceilings, MEPs, and typical selective demo.  There was a consistent 8-10 person crew for the 4-month project that had a contract value of just under $200,000.
