Project Summary
This project consisted of full abatement and demolition of 3 floors which spanned approximately 20,000 Sqft each and the complete removal and disposal of 20,000 Sqft of roofing materials. The roofing materials included gravel, multiple felt layers and 12” thick light weight concrete. The demolition and offload were a challenge on this project due to the campus and library remaining open to students and faculty. A negative airflow was constructed to offload roof debris and asbestos waste directly from the roof into 40 yard dumpsters.
