This project required demolition work associated with the phased renovation of a four-story parking structure, two-story office building and casino. This project was performed in phases that began with the removal of exterior stucco from the parking structure, followed by the complete gut and demolition of a portion of the original casino building. Removed in multiple phases were the exterior skin of the two-story casino building, a large portion of the roof and roof structure, the exterior walls, and the footings. The entire building was restructured and became the new entrance to the casino.
