Tell us about your CBR experience: I’ve been the fleet service manager for CBR for 16 years, managing their fleet and working on everything from weed eaters to semi-trucks.
Why are you excited to join an ESOP?: Being company owned everyone seems to be a little more involved and taking care to make sure things get done. I also like looking forward to another source of income when I retire.

Tell us a little about you: I was born and raised in the Bay Area. I currently live in San Lorenzo with my husband, two kids, and our two dogs. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, getting together with friends, baking, and traveling.
Tell us about your CBR Experience: I have worked in the accounting department at CBR (also formally Bluewater Environmental) for two and a half years. I am learning new things every day and look forward to learning more.

Tell us a little about you: My name is Eduardo Briseno, I have been living in Hayward, CA all my life. I am a father of two beautiful girls. I enjoy running, wrenching, racing, fishing, and spending time with my family. I have been a mechanic for 18+ years and enjoy coming to work and always looking for new opportunities to grow.

Tell us a little about you: I was born in Oakland, and raised in Richmond and Salida. I now live in Salida with my wife, little sister, brother-in-law, 2 dogs, a parrot, 2 guinea pigs, 2 tarantulas, and a fish. Video games, mountain biking, camping, and burritos are my life.
Tell us about your CBR experience: Started 3 years ago as their safety and learned a lot about recycling and processing waste. It has been really fun learning about a new industry.
Why are you excited to join an ESOP?: I like money, especially knowing that it will come in clutch one day.

Tell us a little about you: Born and Raised in the Bay Area. I graduated from Richmond High School and continued my education at Contra Costa College in San Pablo, CA. I have 5 siblings and 1 son. I love sports, music, and socializing when not working. Faithful Dodger, Raiders, and Warrior fan.
Tell us about your CBR experience: CBR is new to me and a very interesting and busy place with a lot to learn. I am excited to learn all the ins and outs of recycling, including all the counties and city requirements. Never a dull day at CBR!
Why are you excited to join an ESOP?: ESOP is new to me, researching the program has benefits for the employee to plan for retirement. It’s an extra savings to count on.

Tell us a little about you: I was born and raised in the Bay Area. I am 33 years old and have one daughter. I love to hike and go out with my daughter and niece to Great America, Disneyland, and anything with rides.
Tell us about your CBR experience: I have been working for CBR/Bluewater for 10 years. I started in the field, moved to the warehouse, then dispatch, and now the scale house.
Why are you excited to join an ESOP?: I am new to the ESOP experience. It sounds like a good bonus to my retirement.

Tell us a little about you: Born in Mexico and came to the United States in 1963. Graduated from Patterson High School and San Francisco State University. I have lived in the central valley for half my life and the Bay Area for the other half.

Tell us a little about you: I try to look at things from a distance when coming into a situation, I love road trips, and I love driving and going off-roading.
Tell us about your CBR experience: I’ve been working for CBR for about 2 years now and in a year of working I learned to efficiently move and operate the forklift, bobcat, and loader.
