Chuck HarrisMiguel has been a huge asset to our 1400 Fashion Island project. Starting with safety. XL strives to be a leader in safety and Bayview leads our site in taking all the proper precautions and protocols. Starting with his morning safety meeting and Job hazard analysis. Miguel every morning reviews the hazards for the job tasks and constantly walks the construction area for possible hazards. He carries a strict PPE regiment and makes sure his crew is always safe. Miguel is very mindful of the schedule and carries a team of professionals for each task and even the tasks I drop on him last minute. A priority he holds high is leaving the site/work area clean and tidy and the end of each working day. Miguel is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him and Bayview on future projects.

Just wanted to tell you guys and your crews great job at Laney. Because you guys finished ahead of schedule it looks like we will get concrete pored before the kids come back to school. Alfredo is a good foreman. He has kept the crews working hard and focused on the tasks in front of them. Alfredo turns in his tags daily and has had a great attitude. I really appreciate his cooperation and hard work.

Araceli did a fantastic job of keeping me informed as we did the mold remediation & asbestos abatement (you and I both know once you get started it can go to adjacent spaces) providing pictures and verbal communications, especially when it went beyond the original scope locations. She also didn’t have any of the containments need a 2nd sampling which tells me she did a very thorough job!
Jose did a fantastic job with all of the various demolition between both the Office and Lab spaces. We were able to begin our layout early as we coordinated the locations where I needed the old floor glue removed and everything was done in a safe manner.
Jesse was attentive and walked the job anytime I needed him to or if there were questions.
I would like to add there were no incidents on this project!

Bayview was invested in the job walk(s), pre-bidding details, and walking through the scope to ensure alignment and expectations were met. They were competitive and provided a very detailed breakdown of scope. Before work commenced, Bayview ensured all safety paperwork was completed and any needed certifications were provided. Bayview hit the ground running, maintaining schedule and site cleanliness throughout their portion of the project. Needless to say, we’d be happy to partner with Bayview on future opportunities!
