- How Long have you worked for Bayview?
- I’ve been with Bayview for 18 years my start date was February 14th, 2004. It feels like just yesterday I was starting my first day here as the new Personnel Director.
- What is your role here?
- My title is Purchasing Agent. But there are many more tasks that I deal with daily that make me more than just a Purchaser.
- What is the best part of your job?
- The best part of my job is that I get to work with every single department in the company. Which gives me the opportunity to interact with individuals from each department.
- How have you seen the company change over the years?
- The company has grown significantly. There have been many people that have came and went and there is also many that have been around from the beginning. Our office itself has expanded and in return the amount of people has increased.
- What is your favorite part about your job?
- The favorite part of my job is the daily negotiating and researching that I must do to support our operations department. It gives me the opportunity to learn something new and gives me an opportunity to use my skills in business that I learned in college.
- What do you like best about Bayview?
- I like that we all have an opportunity to grow within this company. This is my third position in the company.
- If you could tell yourself something on the 1st day you started from what you know now, what would it be?
- Buckle up and be ready to grind every day because you never know what the day will bring.
- Where do you see the future of the company?
- The future of this company is looking great. We are an Employee-Owned company, and every person here works like it. The growth has been a great thing to witness personally.
- What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
- My interest outside of work is spending time with my kids and going to the movies, I also love fishing and for the last few years golfing has been my go-to for a good time.
