Bayview Services has been a staple in the Northern California demolition and abatement industry for over 25 years and we are excited to see the same reputation building in Southern California. Over the past year, a main effort of the marketing team has been to bridge the gap in relationships with our trade partners between Northern and Southern California. Now that we have had a Los Angeles office for a little over 3 years and operations are running smoothly, we are excited to begin working with general contractors and facility owners that our Northern California team has been working diligently to create a bond with for more than 2 decades.
We understand how long it takes to create trust in the construction world. Because of this, during our first couple years in Southern California, we were mainly going after public jobs in order to build our operations team. We took this route so we would be extra confident when we reached out to the trade-partners that already have trust in Bayview and the services we offer.
We have had a very positive response with these efforts from both familiar general contractors and facility owners and Bayview is excited to see these relationships flourish in the Southern California region.
