The format of the Quarterly is designed to inform its readers about various subjects regarding the company, employees, and upcoming events.

Our company started its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) in 2007. Since that time, Bayview has promoted the value and benefits of Employee Ownership to its employees. The fourth Quarterly of the year centers around the purchase and remodel of a new office building for our Southern California branch, Introducing new ESOP members, and some of the exciting projects currently underway. We discuss some new equipment and vehicles we have added to our fleet, and discuss the adaptations we have made when working remotely.
