A tenant improvement project of the existing IL06 building required the interior demolition of offices, conference rooms, lab spaces, and open work areas on all four floors. The scope consisted of the removal and disposal of interior partitions, flooring and ceiling finishes, and MEP throughout. Seven total work areas were completed over multiple project phases requiring separate mobilizations for each.

The project at 300 Lakeside was a project for the environmental division that involved the removal and replacement of insulation above-ceiling on fully occupied floors. Each night, Ceilings were opened up in select locations and containments were set up for dust control to allow for removal/replacement work. Due to the building being fully occupied, the floors were returned to the same condition as the night before on a daily basis. In total, approximately 500,000 square feet of insulation were removed and replaced on 20 floors.
