Austin is a veteran of the United States Air Force with 17 years of high-risk mitigation/operations experience derived from a combination of active duty military service, civil service, and Department of Defense / inter-agency contracting. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Small Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Phoenix in 2013. Austin is responsible for the development, application, and sustainability of best production methods for the Sales and Estimating Departments. He is committed to continuous improvement and ensures that all contractual and/or corporate policies and guidelines are followed.
