We are very excited to announce the acquisition of Bluewater Environmental! As of June 1st of 2022, Bluewater will now be under the Bayview Services umbrella. We look forward to everything that comes with this acquisition. Along with this we also have a new Bayview office location and Bayview’s first landfill in San Leandro. Also, we have brought on several new employees that in return will become ESOP participants. I had the opportunity to interview a few of the new team members and ask them how the transition has been for each of them.
Stephany Vargas: “The transition for me has been good. There are many differences between the two companies, but with my experience and open mindedness it will make things easier moving forward.”
Art Alfaro: “The transition for me has been good, everyone here at Bayview has been very supportive and positive toward me. With my skills and knowledge, I will help to contribute to the growth of this company.”
Humberto Navarro: “The transition for me has been challenging. I believe proper training is important to new members coming into a new system. I’m very motivated because I see the potential of acquiring a lot of work for this company.”

Alice Cano: “The transition for me has been overwhelming. I’ve had to bounce back and forth between offices, but I’m very excited about my opportunity to share information and gain some information from Bayview.”
Darragh McGovern: ”The transition for me has been seamless. Everyone at Bayview has been very helpful and a joy to work with. I want to continue building great relationships with everyone here.”
