The format of the Quarterly is designed to inform its readers about various subjects regarding the company, employees, and upcoming events.

Our company started its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) in 2007. Since that time, Bayview has promoted the value and benefits of Employee Ownership to its employees. This Quarterly centers around the onboarding of two new employees who are leading our marketing department. They have become ESOP committee members, and will provide new business opportunities for the company in both office locations. We review some current projects that are underway, and check out some new tools the company has invested in to drive future projects.
