In March of 2021, the company announced the start of a new division, Bayview Industrial Services (BIS). BIS will focus on providing services to customers in need of specific environmental management solutions for their facilities. These services will include industrial cleaning, facility closures, liquid recovery, tank cleaning/removal, process systems decontamination, surface decontamination lab packing, waste consolidation, and the transportation and disposal of hazardous materials.
Shane Pickett has been named General Manager of BIS, bringing 20 + years of experience in the construction and environmental industries, and a wealth of knowledge to the table. The company recently hired a marketing associate who will help expand new opportunities in the Industrial sector and educate our existing Clients on the services that BIS can provide. The division is also actively looking to hire estimators that can help bring in new business. BIS currently has a vacuum truck, two bin trucks for hauling various size debris boxes, and a box van for drum waste. The start of BIS is an exciting announcement for the company as it is a natural completement to services that the Environmental and Demolition divisions currently provide. It should lead to more revenue for the company and in turn benefit members of the ESOP.
