The first phase of demo started in June 2019 and BDS has performed over 20,000 hours without a lost-time injury. The work is taking place in an occupied building and debris is off hauled along Market Street in one of San Francisco’s busiest tourist destinations. Selective structural demo of the historic 1917 is also being performed to allow structural upgrades and the installation of an interconnecting stair across six floors."
