Project Summary
1 Montgomery was a unique project for both Bayview Environmental and Bayview Demolition.
It included the abatement of asbestos floor tile, lead containing plaster walls and lead paint from the steel lining within multiple vaults. Bayview demolition then demolished the vaults themselves from within the basement of the historic bank building. Challenges included suppling airflow to accommodate the machinery required for demolition, and constricted access for material movement.
