Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership and vision for the company’s demolition division
- Clearly understand and communicate all job requirements
- Maintain high production, safe work habits and strong motivational levels
- Train employees as required on job techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use
- Understand and execute lessons learned and best practices
- Strong communication and the ability to take in information, clarify comments and participate in effective verbal and written exchanges
