The company was recognized by the California and Western States ESOP Chapter for Communications Excellence based on the publishing and the content of its quarterly newsletter.
The award was presented to members of the company’s Communications Committee at the annual Western Chapter ESOP conference in Lake Tahoe.

He spoke regarding “Addressing Committee Challenges (language, location, generational, budget, union).” The session was part of the communications and employee ownership track, which aims to foster and enhance how other ESOPs deal with some issues.
