This large-scale project for Google included the removal of concrete slab and restroom finishes throughout a massive campus that was currently under construction. Challenges included working around multiple trades/contractors as the construction went on around our work areas.
View ProjectThis project began with the abatement of the hazardous materials (Lead and Asbestos) from within the building footprint. Upon clearance, multiple areas of concrete demolition, shaft removal, structural demolition and roofing fields were removed. This occurred above active sidewalks and busy streets requiring scaffolding, large boom lifts and detailed safety plans.
View ProjectThis multi-story project required abatement from within specific rooms along the core of the structure. Each area required its own containment and clearance upon the removal of the asbestos texture and paint. Additionally columns throughout the building were ringed with sealant requiring detailed removal from elevated platforms.
