Project Summary

The Pier 70 Building 12 project consists of asbestos and lead abatement, MEP and selective demo within a historical building. This project began with the decontamination of the entire building to allow access to other trades. The lead abatement scope consisted of removal of approximately 30,000 sq.ft. of paint on the columns, while the ACM removal process was of approximately 58,000 sq. ft. of roofing material. The MEP and structural demolition was approximately 30,000 sq.ft. This project included stringent requirements for local hiring and local business involvement. The current Bayview Environmental contract is valued at over $ 3,200,000.
