Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

Bayview Industrial Services was contracted to perform hazardous materials abatement and selective demolition of Bullard Hall at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey. Bullard Hall is a two- story concrete framed building with 17,000 SF of space per floor. Scope of work consisted of floor tile abatement and complete interior demolition of building components down to concrete shell. The Bayview team was also tasked with concrete saw cutting of floor slabs, roof deck, and elevator shaft wall. Demolition debris were source separated and transported to various facilities to meet recycling requirements.
