Project Summary
This fast-paced project began with soft demolition on five floors. The next phase added an additional 4 floors or work. Various trade partners were coordinated to maximize the overall diversion rate. Tenant furniture found a second life through reuse partners. Careful coordination of debris load out via exterior scaffolded chute and elevators was necessary as this is an occupied building with high pedestrian traffic.
