Project Summary
This Project included the removal of 60,000 SF of pavers, hardscape and waterproofing. The main scope was focused on walkways and courtyards between large office buildings, above an active garage. Interior hard demo and finish removal was also completed within the entries and landings of the buildings as tenants relocated. The largest portion of this work was done to accommodate new waterproofing application to existing concrete.
