This large project was an 85,000 SF Tenant Improvement. General Interior soft demolition, Level 1 & Level 2. Each type of material was source separated for recycling, Gypsum and Carpet Tiles etc. Removal/disposal interior walls, flooring and ceiling finishes, light fixtures, and MEP. Glue scraping was done on all levels to accommodate new flooring.
