- 250 Howard was a new building designed and built for Facebook. The scope of the demolition work was to provide new slab openings from floor to floor for new mechanical penetrations and stair openings through out the 43-story building and other related demolition to design changes that were made to the original concept. The building was still under construction but was near completion when Bayview was contracted for this work. The building was unoccupied at the time.
