Located at 15535 Garfield Avenue in Paramount, California, the new property will allow Bayview to provide greater service support for their growing Southern California customer base. The new office space will house expanded administrative, estimating, and operational offices, and will also include the permanent relocation of individuals from Bayview’s Oakland, California, headquarters.

In addition to increased office space, the new location will incorporate an advanced technology infrastructure to enable Bayview’s Operations Department to enhance project scheduling and employee dispatching applications. The new location’s yard space will support the company’s material sorting processes, debris bins, and interim-term waste storage solutions.
