Oakland, CA Headquarters – 3/26/2021 – Bayview Services, Inc., with offices in Northern and Southern California, is an industry leader specializing in demolition and environmental services, and today announced the official launch of its Industrial Services division. This new division will focus on providing ongoing services to customers in need of specific environmental management solutions for their facilities.

Bayview Industrial Services was formed to provide a single resource to address clients’ full operations. This new division is a natural complement to services provided by Bayview’s Demolition and Environmental divisions. Bayview Industrial Services’ specific areas of expertise include:

  • industrial cleaning
  • facility closures
  • liquid recovery
  • tank cleaning and removal
  • process systems decontamination
  • surface decontamination
  • lab packing
  • waste consolidation
  • the transportation and disposal of hazardous materials.

The new division will initially service the Northern California market, and expand into Southern California. Concurrent with this announcement, Bayview Services, Inc. has named Shane Pickett as General Manager. Shane has 20+ years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry, with specialization in environmental regulations, operations, project management, health and safety, transportation, and logistics.
