With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry, Shane has, since 2011, worked solely in the environmental industry. Shane’s career focus is on environmental remediation, hazardous materials mitigation, waste management, and disposal. He has completed multiple large scale, and highly hazardous, facility closures throughout the metal plating, semiconductor, and chemical manufacturing industries.

Before joining Bayview in 2017, Shane last served as Northern California District Operation Manager for a Fortune 200 company. He brings invaluable expertise in the areas of environmental regulations, operations, project management, environmental health and safety, transportation, and logistics. Shane has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Biology from Northern Arizona University.
