As one of the founding members of Bayview Environmental, Richard has over 35 years of experience in the demolition and abatement industry. Richard is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College of California with a Master of Business Administration degree. He is also a graduate of California State University, Chico, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Accounting.
Richard holds a license with the State of California as a certified public accountant. In his practice as a CPA, 80 percent of his client base was represented by construction-related companies. In addition, Richard was involved in consulting insurance firms regarding large bonding claims of construction companies.
For eight years, Richard was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded environmental company where he was responsible for the accounting, finance, insurance, and bonding programs.
