Martin was one of the first employees of Bayview with ten years of previous experience in the hazardous materials abatement and demolition industry. He excelled, and rose through the ranks to become one of the senior project manager / estimators. He has over 30 years of experience in the industry, with the last two decades dedicated to estimating and managing a diverse portfolio of projects. Martin brings to the company his valued field experience and skills. He specializes in large-scale multi-phase projects and oversees them from the bidding process through completion.
