Luis attended University of Nevada, Reno, where he studied Civil Engineering and Economics, earning him a bachelor’s in Economics in 2019. While attending college, Luis interned as an estimator’s assistant for four summers with the company. Upon graduation he became an Estimator/Project Manager for the Northern California region. Luis brings his knowledge of construction, estimating, and technology to ensure projects run as efficiently as possible while still maintaining the highest standard of quality.
