Starting in 2013, DJ began as a demolition and abatement worker and quickly moved up to the foreman level, where he supervised multi-million-dollar projects. In 2015, DJ joined the Estimating & Project Management team of Bayview, becoming one of the chief Estimators & Project Managers. He has estimated and managed projects ranging from thousands to millions of dollars. DJ is currently leading the Estimating team in the Southern California region. Prior to joining Bayview, DJ was a manager for a rendering facility in Central California.
